Roles that we are looking to fill are as follows:-
1. Trustee with responsibility for Safeguarding – this is succession planning, as we have a current trustee in place though looking to fill this additional post and allow a period of training and transition.
2. Trustee to lead on Quality Assurance – we wish to become PQASSO accredited, and have a project partially started including Procedures Manual which needs to be brought to conclusion and then periodic audits and the like of our operations team.
3. Trustee with Management knowledge and responsibilities for Vice Chairman.
4. Trustee with HR and legal background would be useful to supplement the knowledge of the team.
