What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about volunteers, or when a child is registered with us.
How will we use the information about you?
We will not share the information that we have about you with anyone else, apart from with the person that has referred you to us if we need to. We may also share with people who are allowed to ask for this information. If we use your information in case studies we’ll change your name. We contact people via telephone, email, social media and post.
We will keep the volunteer and child information in secure storage and on our secure database for up to 50 years (because our insurers say we have to).
If you post or send any information that we believe to be inappropriate we may use your personal information to inform relevant people such as your internet provider or police.
We will not use your information for marketing
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information please contact our Project Administrator on 07516 527714 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to remove or correct information that you think in inaccurate.
